I am in Nigeria, I bought a zte 631 modem from Etisalat Nigeria, as I speak, the modem worked on the laptops of other people but on mine, it keeps throwing an error linked to “ejectdisk”, I have tried every solution profered on different websites but to no good end. I use Window 7 ultimate on my laptop, how do I get this issue resolved?
Uninstall any other usb/modem installed on your system, also remove zte device too , remove any other pc suite or mobile drive installed for internet purpose,reinstall the device ,if you cant see auto run , go through the my computer additional e/f drive , find setup file and run.once the drivers installed successfully during setup , device will work perfectly,
