new update airtel 3g usb e 1731 is a locked no new network change but facilities is availabe voice call and airtel tv also but this dongle udated is locked please send a unlock software there profile manager is locked not work

I ran UTS software which erased airtel software from dongel and mobile partner was written.
Can any body please send me orginal airtel application?
I tried to get it from airtel website but failed.

HOW 2 CHANGE 2G AND 3G MODE IN HAUWEI E1731……………..
Go to Network Settings , and set WCDMA Only –
Meanings of Mode –
WCDMA Preferred – If 3G Signals weak or missing ,network will swithc to EDGE/GPRS/2G Network
WCDMA Only – Dongle will only work in 3G Network
GSM Preferred / GSM Only – Dongle will only work in 2G Network
Make Sure Data Connection is Disconnected before changing the Network Mode.
It’s not working infact there is no option to select this network
