To avail any one of these offers please insert a new SIM card in the Reliance 3G Tab and initiate the first data session immediately after choosing one of the above offer plans for postpaid or by doing a first recharge with any of the above offer packs on Prepaid.
The above mentioned offers are only available for Reliance 3G Tab customers. Only mobile numbers activated on the Reliance 3G Tab can avail the offer. The offer can be availed only once for each Reliance 3G Tab.
If a customer who is not eligible for the offer subscribes to any of the advance rental offers, he will be extended the offer with a validity of 6 months instead of 12 months.
If a customer who is not eligible for the offer subscribes to the monthly offers, the customer will receive only 45% of the data of the chosen plan. (eg. If an ineligible customer chooses the 598 plan, he will get only get 900 MB instead of 2GB).
For postpaid monthly plans, the offer will be activated within 72 hrs of the first data session. In the first 72hrs, regular rates for the plan chosen will be applicable.
For prepaid monthly plans, the offer will be extended only on doing a first recharge with specific denominations i.e.,Rs.598 or Rs.798. The offer benefits will be extended every month for 12 months by recharging with the same denomination.
In case a customer exceeds the data permissible for the plan, an additional charge of Rs1/MB will be applicable.
National roaming on 3G is available only on the Reliance 3G network. It can switch to GPRS for non 3G circles.
Post 12 months the postpaid plan will switch to regular data plans available at that time.
Once the offer expires, it cannot be extended. During the offer validity if the plan is migrated / changed to any other plans, the customer will lose the offer benefits.
Additional service tax of 10.3% is applicable for postpaid.
The customer can use any existing plans or packs for voice and Mobile TV.
